I’ve been sipping this about an hour before bed and the hemp oil really does seem to take the edge off my racing thoughts. The turmeric-ginger taste is pleasantly earthy without being too sharp, and it’s become a small ritual I actually look forward to.

The warm, slightly spicy flavor is actually pretty calming after dinner, and it does seem to take the edge off my evening. I just wish the bottle came with a measuring cap, since eyeballing the dose feels a bit imprecise.

The turmeric and ginger combo with hemp oil gives a nice, mellow wave that actually helps me wind down after work. I do wish the effect lasted a bit longer into the evening, but it's become a solid part of my nightly routine.
