The white tea leaves brewed up surprisingly sweet with almost no astringency, even when I got distracted and let it steep a bit too long. It's a nice, mellow cup for afternoon sipping, though I wish the peach flavor came through just a touch stronger.

The dry leaves have that soft, hay-like aroma I look for in a white tea, and the peach flavor comes through sweet without being syrupy. It brews up a light golden cup that's easy to sip all afternoon. Only knock is the peach fades a bit by the third steep.

The white tea base is genuinely delicate, with that light vegetal note coming through just as described. I wish the peach flavor were a bit stronger, but it's still a nice, sweet cup for an afternoon break.
