Nabízíme několik druhů Genmaicha. Tato Genmaicha je směsí zeleného Banchy a tlustých zrn hnědé rýže. Kachny na rýžových polích, odkud tato rýže pochází, zrna zřejmě milují, a my věříme, že si směs zamilujete i vy. Jelikož se jedná o směs rýže a pozdně sbíraného zeleného čaje, je obsah kofeinu snížen.
The fat brown rice kernels really show in each sip—they give the brew a hearty texture that pairs well with the grassy green Bancha base. Brewed it a bit hotter than usual and the nuttiness still came through smooth, no bitterness. Already on my second bag.
