Japonský sencha

The steam from the first steep hit me with that spring grass smell, and the citrus note is subtle but definitely there. It's got a nice toasty finish that makes it feel much more refined than the everyday tea I usually grab.

Brewed a cup this morning and that citrus note is brighter than I expected, almost like a whisper of yuzu under the grassy depth. It's smooth enough to drink without anything else, and the toastiness lingers just right. My new everyday tea, no question.

The steam processing really comes through—this tastes like fresh-cut spring grass with just a whisper of citrus in the finish. I brewed it three times this morning and each cup stayed bright without turning bitter. Exactly the everyday cup I was hoping for.
