Leicht im Körper und bei richtiger Zubereitung nie bitter, wird er am besten pur genossen. Er schmeckt wunderbar heiß oder als Eistee, und wir trinken ihn ungesüßt, damit der Jasmin das letzte Wort hat.

The pearls stay tightly rolled until the second steep, so you get a milder first cup and then a bigger burst of jasmine as they open up. I’ve been brewing them twice before tossing, and the second round is definitely the winner for me.
