Sitrussekoituksemme sai innoituksensa ranskalaiselta ystävältämme Francois Payardilta, kuuluisalta kondiittorilta. Hän halusi teesekoituksen, jossa yhdistyvät kolme sitrushedelmää. Sekoitimme mustaa teetä luonnollisiin bergamotin, greipin ja appelsiinin aromeihin luodaksemme hienostuneen herkun.
