Steeped this for about four minutes and the coconut comes through so creamy it almost tastes like dessert, with the lime keeping it from getting too sweet. The oolong base is smooth enough that I didn't need any sugar. Already planning to cold brew a batch for the weekend.
One sip of this and I'm instantly on a beach somewhere, the lime cuts through the sweetness just enough. The oolong base keeps it from tasting like dessert in a mug, and it holds up fine to a second steep.
I was skeptical about a coconut oolong but the lime cuts through the sweetness nicely, so it doesn't taste like dessert. Steeped about 4 minutes and it's smooth with zero bitterness.
