Le Dragon Pearl Jasmine de Harney & Sons est un thé vert, avec un brin de thé blanc, roulé à la main en perles et parfumé avec de véritables fleurs de jasmin. Les perles se déploient lors de l'infusion, libérant une tasse intensément florale, douce, légère et soyeuse.

Léger en bouche et jamais amer lorsqu'il est infusé correctement, il est meilleur dégusté tel quel. Il est délicieux chaud ou glacé, et nous le prenons nature pour que le jasmin ait le dernier mot.

The pearls stay tightly rolled until the second steep, so you get a milder first cup and then a bigger burst of jasmine as they open up. I’ve been brewing them twice before tossing, and the second round is definitely the winner for me.

The first steep is a gentle floral hug, and those hand-rolled pearls really do unfurl into a surprisingly full-bodied cup. I just wish the jasmine scent lingered a bit longer on the second infusion, but it's still a lovely, calming afternoon ritual.
