Ce thé est produit dans le nord de Taïwan et est torsadé (par opposition au style roulé en boule). Il est récolté vers juin, soit plus tard que les autres oolongs. Les producteurs laissent un cicadelle (Jacobiasca formosana) attaquer les feuilles de thé.
