Nous appelons ce thé Sencha japonais car tous les Sencha du marché ne proviennent pas du Japon. Notre Sencha est un thé très fin de la province centrale de Shizuoka, que l'on retrouve dans de nombreux foyers à Tokyo. C'est un thé vert agréable et accessible, un excellent choix pour le quotidien, tout comme notre fondateur, John Harney, qui commençait toujours ses matinées avec cette tasse.
