Thé de Fêtes

Brewed a pot for a chilly evening and the citrus almond notes made the whole kitchen smell like the holidays, even in July. It holds up just as well over ice the next day, which is a nice bonus for a black tea.

The clove and cinnamon come through beautifully without being overpowering, and it's just as good iced as it is steaming on a cold evening. I've been brewing a pot almost every night since it arrived.
