It dissolves slowly and evenly in hot tea, which is exactly what I wanted for my afternoon cup. The sweetness is subtle, not cloying, and it pairs beautifully with a strong black brew without overpowering it. I’ve already ordered a second bag.

I was a little skeptical about pairing this with my usual black tea, but the big, clear crystals dissolve slowly and give just the right sweetness without making it syrupy. It's become my daily afternoon ritual now.
