Adam I. ★★★★★

The first steep has this delicate, almost grassy sweetness that lingers on the tongue, and the leaves from Fuding really do unfurl beautifully after a couple minutes. I've been brewing it cooler than my usual black tea and it’s become my afternoon ritual.

The dry leaves smell faintly of fresh hay, and the first steep comes out a pale, almost translucent gold with a gentle sweetness that lingers. I brewed a second round and it held its character nicely, which tells me the leaf quality from that Fuding region is real. It’s become my afternoon reset.

The dry leaves have that delicate, downy silver look you'd expect from Fuding, and they brew up a pale, almost honeyed liquor. I've been reaching for this every afternoon since it arrived — it's become my quiet ritual. The flavor is so gentle and clean, a real step up from the grocery store tea I us
