La Salsa Macha è una salsa croccante al peperoncino a base di olio originaria di Veracruz, in Messico, preparata con diverse varietà di peperoncini secchi, aglio, noci e semi fritti nell'olio e tritati finemente. È naturalmente vegana e senza glutine e si abbina perfettamente non solo a tacos, tostadas e burritos, ma a quasi tutti i piatti, per aggiungere un tocco piccante e un'ottima consistenza e umami. Dopo l'apertura, conservare in frigorifero.
