Il Dragon Pearl Jasmine di Harney & Sons è un tè verde, con un filo di tè bianco, lavorato a mano in perle e profumato con veri fiori di gelsomino. Le perle si dispiegano in infusione, liberando una tazza intensamente floreale, dolce, leggera e vellutata.

Leggero nel corpo e mai amaro se preparato correttamente, è ideale da gustare da solo. È delizioso caldo o freddo, e lo prendiamo liscio così che il gelsomino abbia l'ultima parola.

The pearls stay tightly rolled until the second steep, so you get a milder first cup and then a bigger burst of jasmine as they open up. I’ve been brewing them twice before tossing, and the second round is definitely the winner for me.
