The chili lime flavor really comes through after the first few bites—the slow-roasting makes them noticeably crunchy. I just wish the bag were a bit bigger, but the spice level is spot on for a snack.

The slow-roasting really brings out the herbs, and the chili heat builds nicely after a few nuts. That said, I wish the lime was more present—it feels more like a spice blend than the citrus kick I was expecting. Good for a snack, but not quite the flavor balance I'd hoped for.
