The deep red color when it steeps is gorgeous, and the hibiscus gives it just the right tartness that wakes up my afternoon. I’m already on my third cup today, and the raspberry flavor comes through without being fake or sugary.

I brewed this in my glass teapot yesterday and the color alone was stunning, a deep ruby red that made me want to sip it slowly. The orange peel really balances the tart hibiscus without being too sweet, and the raspberry flavor is present but not fake.
