The Ceylon and Assam leaves balance each other beautifully—the silver tips make it look almost luminous in the cup, and it brews a deep, smooth cup that doesn’t turn bitter even after a few minutes. I’ve been reaching for this one every afternoon since it arrived.
Brewed a pot this morning and the silvery Ceylon really brightens up the cup while the Assam keeps it sturdy enough for milk. I’ve been reaching for it every afternoon since it arrived.
The Assam leaves give this blend a real malty backbone, but the Ceylon keeps it light enough for a second cup in the afternoon. I’ve been brewing it a bit stronger than usual and it holds up beautifully without turning bitter.
