The patience is totally worth it—that first sip hits with a tang that makes your mouth pucker in the best way. I brewed it a touch longer than the package suggested and the liquid turned this gorgeous, deep ruby that made the whole mug feel like a treat.
The deep crimson color is exactly as described, and the tangy kick hits perfectly without needing sugar. I let it steep a full five minutes and the flavor was so rich and tart it made my mouth pucker in the best way.
