ミントバーベナ

I drink this every evening since it's caffeine-free and I can still fall asleep fine. The lemon verbena keeps the mint from tasting like plain toothpaste, which is exactly what I wanted.

My stomach was acting up all afternoon, so I made a mug of this and the mint settled things down within about twenty minutes. The lemon verbena keeps it from tasting like plain peppermint, and since there's no caffeine I can drink it late without lying awake.

I steeped a cup after dinner and the lemon verbena comes through bright and clean before the mint cools it down. Nice having a caffeine-free option that settles my stomach instead of keeping me up.
