ウィンターホワイトアールグレイ

I was worried white tea would get buried under the bergamot, but it's actually a lovely balance. The lemon aroma hits you as soon as you open the tin, and the cup stays smooth and light instead of turning bitter if you steep it a minute too long.

The bergamot is bright and lemony without being overpowering, and the white tea base keeps it lighter than a standard Earl Grey. I've been drinking it iced in the afternoons and the citrus still comes through clearly.

Picked this up on a whim since I usually drink standard Earl Grey, and the white tea base makes it noticeably lighter and less astringent. The lemony bergamot still comes through clearly without overpowering the cup. Only wish the tin were a bit bigger for the price.
