The sachets are the perfect size for a quick afternoon brew, and the leaves really do unfurl beautifully in the water. I was skeptical about the pomegranate pairing, but it’s surprisingly delicate against the oolong’s natural silkiness. Three steeps in and the flavor still holds, which never happens
The pomegranate tang cuts through the oolong’s silkiness just right — it’s a complex cup that doesn’t need any sugar. I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week, steeping each sachet twice and still getting full flavor on the second brew.
The Iron Goddess leaves are surprisingly large and unfurl beautifully in the pot, making this feel more like a loose-leaf experience. The pomegranate tang cuts through the oolong's natural creaminess exactly as the description promises, and 50 sachets means I don't have to ration it.
