The grapefruit cuts through the vanilla just enough so it doesn't get cloying, and the white tea underneath keeps the whole thing light. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoons and it's become my default cup.
The white tea base keeps the vanilla from getting too sweet, and the grapefruit still cuts through without being sour. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoon and it's smooth enough that I don't need milk or sugar.
The grapefruit comes through sharper than I expected, which I actually like, and the vanilla rounds it out on the finish. Only thing is the white tea gets a bit lost once it cools. Still, it's become my regular afternoon cup.
