I wasn't expecting the coconut to actually come through, but it softens the black tea nicely and keeps it from tasting flat. Brewed a pitcher for a backyard lunch and it was gone before the food even came out.
The mango comes through first, then the pineapple and orange brighten it up, and the black tea keeps it from tasting like straight juice. I brewed a pitcher and chilled it overnight, and it held up well the next day without going bitter.
The coconut is what sold me — it softens the mango and pineapple so it doesn't taste like straight juice. I brew a pitcher Sunday night and it holds up over ice all week without going bitter.
