I wasn't expecting the butterfly pea flower to actually shift the brew to such a deep blue, and the rose hips give it a tartness that keeps it from tasting flat. Caffeine-free means I can sip a cup after dinner without lying awake. The apple pieces come through nicely too.

The rose hips and apple come through nicely, and the butterfly pea flower turns the cup a really pretty blue. Only gripe is the flavor feels a little light, so I steep it longer than the package suggests. Still a solid caffeine-free option for afternoons.

Brewed this at night since it's caffeine-free and the rose hips give it a nice tartness, not overly sweet. The butterfly pea flower turning the water blue is a fun touch, though the flavor itself is a little delicate for my taste.
