I usually reach for a cup of this after dinner, and the light lemony taste feels genuinely calming. I've even noticed the lemongrass pieces steeping into a soothing, soft golden color each time.
The lemongrass aroma is the real deal here—opens the bag and you’re instantly calm. I’ve been sipping it before bed every night this week, and it’s so light and soothing without any caffeine jitters.
