Jobetsugi is our thin-grade ceremonial matcha, stone-milled in Japan and whisked rather than steeped, smooth and lightly sweet. Dragon Pearl Jasmine is hand-rolled into pearls and scented with jasmine, sweet and floral, and best enjoyed exactly as it is.
