My only complaint is that the jar is too small because I can't stop putting this on everything. The fried garlic and seed crunch gives it a deep, toasty flavor that makes plain rice taste like a full meal.

The nutty, garlicky depth from the fried dried chiles is incredible, and the oil clings perfectly to tacos without dripping everywhere. It's got a slow heat that builds rather than smacking you, and being vegan and gluten-free means I can douse it on everything without thinking twice.

The oil-based texture is nice for drizzling, and I can taste the fried garlic and nuts clearly. It's decent, but I wish the heat level was a bit more consistent between spoonfuls.
