ไซเดอร์พลัมเครื่องเทศ

Didn't expect the ginger to come through so clearly, but it balances the plum nicely instead of getting syrupy. Warmed it up on a cold night and the cinnamon and cardamom smell filled the whole kitchen.

The cardamom is what makes this one stand out, that smoky edge keeps it from tasting like straight candy. I used it with apple juice instead of water and the plum pieces basically melted into the pot.

I brewed a cup on the first cold night and the cardamom smoke hit before I even took a sip. The ginger gives it a nice bite without overpowering the plum and apple. Already halfway through the bag.
