The lemongrass is what surprised me most, it keeps the whole cup from tasting too heavy on the turmeric. I've been steeping a bag every evening after dinner and the ginger gives it just enough of a kick without needing honey.

The beetroot gives it a nice earthy sweetness that balances the ginger heat. I've been steeping a bag for about five minutes and it's become my nightly wind-down ritual.

The lemongrass really comes through and balances the ginger’s heat beautifully—I’ve been sipping this every afternoon instead of my usual coffee. The apple and beetroot add a subtle sweetness that makes it feel like a treat, not a health chore.
