Brewed it gongfu-style for six infusions and the leaves kept giving, slowly shifting from bold and toasty to something softer and sweeter. It’s a decent oolong, but I expected more depth from something tied to the original three plants. The roast comes through nicely, though the brew fades fast after the third steep, so it feels a bit average for the price.
