Bruce Cost Ginger Ale Chanh Dây

The turmeric adds this subtle earthy warmth that balances the passion fruit’s tartness perfectly. I cracked open a bottle chilled after dinner and the ginger heat lingers just enough to make it feel special.

The passion fruit flavor is genuinely tart and tropical, not artificial at all, and it blends perfectly with the spicy ginger bite. I was surprised how the turmeric adds a subtle earthy warmth that makes it feel more sophisticated than your average soda. This is my new go-to for a refreshing afterno

I was skeptical turmeric would work in a soda, but it actually rounds out that sharp ginger bite nicely. The passion fruit gives it a tropical sweetness that doesn't overpower the heat. Wish the fizz held up a little longer after opening, but it's still a solid choice.
