Trà đá tươi Gừng Nghệ

I brew this hot in the morning and it's become my daily ritual — the lemongrass and apple soften the turmeric nicely so it never tastes bitter. The beetroot gives it a lovely deep color too. Genuinely surprised how much flavor comes through.

The lemongrass really comes through and balances the earthy turmeric without either one overpowering the other. I've been drinking it hot in the mornings and it's become my little ritual before the day starts. Definitely restocking once this tin runs low.

I brew a big pitcher of this and chill it overnight, and the lemongrass really comes through before the turmeric kicks in. The beetroot gives it this deep color that looks great over ice, and it's way more interesting than plain ginger tea.
