Steeping this at about 175°F brought out a sweetness that balances the vegetal notes nicely, and that faint smoke lingers just enough on the finish. It's a light green tea I keep reaching for in the afternoon.

The smoky note in this one surprised me at first, but it settles into a nice sweetness once the leaves open up. I've been steeping it in a glass so I can watch the little curls unfold, and it's become my default afternoon cup.

Brewed this at 175°F like a lighter green and the sweetness really comes through first, then that vegetal finish. It's milder than the dragonwell I usually drink, which I actually prefer in the afternoon.
