Opened the jar and the oil-to-chile ratio is perfect—you get that deep, smoky heat without it being a soggy mess. I've been spooning it over eggs and black beans all week, and the fried garlic chunks stay crunchy right to the bottom.
The roasted garlic and nut pieces give it that deep, smoky crunch I've been craving, and the oil is perfect for drizzling over eggs or mixing into rice. It's got real heat but doesn't overwhelm the flavor, so I've already gone through half the jar in a week.
My only complaint is that the jar is too small because I can't stop putting this on everything. The fried garlic and seed crunch gives it a deep, toasty flavor that makes plain rice taste like a full meal.
