The bergamot is what makes this one stand out from a plain Earl Grey — brighter and less heavy on the black tea. I've been drinking it plain all week and it doesn't go bitter if I let it steep a minute too long.

The three-citrus combo really comes through — I can taste the bergamot first, then a brighter orange note underneath. Steeping it about four minutes keeps the black tea from turning bitter. Been drinking it every morning this week.
