The blend of first flush and autumnal leaves really shows in the cup—that muscatel edge comes through without any bitterness if you steep it around three minutes. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoons and it holds up nicely without milk.

I brewed a cup before sunrise and the autumn leaves really give it a mellow, toasty depth, while the first flush keeps the finish bright. Genuinely the best cup I've had at home in years.

The mix of first flush and autumnal leaves gives this a really interesting character — bright and floral up front, then that deeper muscatel finish. I've been brewing it at about 90°C and it holds up well for a second steep.
