Brewed a pot of this with breakfast and the full body stood up perfectly to milk and a fried egg. Being 100% Keemun makes a difference you can actually taste — malty and smooth without any bitterness.
The Keemun base really comes through — malty and smooth without any bitterness, even when I accidentally oversteep it. It's a proper full-bodied cup that holds up well with a splash of milk in the morning.
Brewed this loose for about four minutes and got a deep amber cup with a clean, bready finish — no bitterness at all. It's a straight Keemun rather than a blend, and that single-origin character really shows through. Been drinking it every morning this week.
