I was skeptical about coconut in green tea but the vanilla really smooths it out. One sachet in the HRP tin steeps a solid cup, and the ginger shows up at the end without overpowering the lemongrass.
The lemongrass comes through first, then the vanilla and coconut settle in — it's a really smooth cup without any bitterness if you steep it around three minutes. The tin of 30 sachets is handy for keeping at my desk, and the ginger adds just enough warmth for the afternoon.
The lemongrass and ginger give this a nice warmth without overpowering the green tea base. I steep it about three minutes and the vanilla rounds it out just enough. Only wish the tin held more than 30 sachets since I'm going through them fast.
