Steeped it at 70°C for about a minute and the toastiness in the finish is lovely. The leaves smell like fresh-cut spring grass straight out of the bag, and it holds up well for a second steep.

The citrus note really comes through on the second steep, way more than I expected from a sencha. You can taste that it's steamed fresh, none of the dusty bitterness I've gotten from supermarket bags.

The steam from the first steep hit me with that spring grass smell, and the citrus note is subtle but definitely there. It's got a nice toasty finish that makes it feel much more refined than the everyday tea I usually grab.
