The pouchong base gives it that slightly savory, toasty note underneath the jasmine—it’s not just a one-note floral blast. Each sachet brews up a nice amber-tinged cup that’s become my afternoon ritual.
The little sachets are perfect for a quick cup—just drop one in and the floral aroma fills the room before you even pour the water. It’s got that gentle, less grassy taste I was hoping for, and 50 bags will last me a good while.
The pouchong base gives this a slightly toastier, less grassy taste than standard green jasmine teas, which I liked. But I found the jasmine aroma pretty faint once brewed—I had to use two sachets to really smell the flowers. It’s a decent everyday cup, just not the fragrant experience I was hoping
