Lung Ching, Bag of 50 Sachets

The small green leaves in these sachets actually unfurl nicely, and the flavor stays fresh without any bitterness. Fifty bags at this price is a solid deal, and the tea holds up well for a second steep.

I was worried sachets would taste flat compared to loose leaf, but these little green leaves brew up sweet and chestnut-like. Fifty bags means I can have a cup every afternoon without rationing them.

Bought these sachets for my office desk and the convenience is what sold me — no loose-leaf fuss, just drop one in a mug. The flavor is mellow and slightly nutty, not bitter at all if you don't oversteep it. Fifty bags lasts me a good while, too.
