The dried orange pieces actually hold up beautifully after steeping—I fished one out and ate it while sipping. The passion fruit comes through on the nose before the hibiscus tartness kicks in, and it’s just as good iced as it is hot.
The ruby-red color is stunning in the glass, and the hibiscus and orange combo makes a tart yet sweet brew that's perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. Even after three steeps, the passion fruit flavor still comes through nicely.
