The Assam base gives this a malty backbone that holds up well to a splash of milk, and the bergamot is there without being perfumey. I've been drinking it every morning for two weeks and the tin's already getting low.

The bergamot oil smells like actual citrus peel rather than the fake perfume stuff I've had in other Earl Greys. I've been drinking it with a splash of milk in the mornings and the organic Assam holds up nicely without going bitter.
