The nutmeg and spearmint come through just enough to make this feel cozy rather than medicinal, and the lavender definitely does its job. I’ve been brewing a sachet about an hour before bed for a week now, and I’m falling asleep noticeably faster than with my usual routine.
The nutmeg and spearmint really come through in the flavor, making it taste richer than most herbal teas I've tried. I've been brewing one sachet about 20 minutes before bed and the lavender note helps me unwind without feeling drowsy the next morning.
The sachets smell incredible before you even pour the water, and that lavender really comes through once it steeps. I’ve been keeping a cup on the nightstand most evenings and the nutmeg and spearmint underneath makes it feel more like a treat than a chore.
