The Ti Quan Yin leaves give it this smooth, almost buttery base that keeps the pomegranate from tasting artificial. I've been brewing a pot every afternoon and it holds up to a second steep without going bitter.

The pomegranate comes through as this bright, tangy sparkle on the finish, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. I've been brewing it hot in the mornings and the large leaves unfurl nicely by the second steep.

The Ti Quan Yin base really comes through underneath the pomegranate, which is tangy without being syrupy. I've been brewing it a little longer than the instructions say and it stays silky instead of turning bitter.
