草莓奇異果水果茶

The ruby-red color when it steeps in my glass teapot is almost too pretty to drink. The kiwi keeps it from tasting like straight-up strawberry jam, and I've been brewing it hot in the mornings and pouring it over ice in the afternoon.

I was expecting mostly strawberry, but the kiwi flavor actually comes through and keeps it from tasting too sweet. The dried fruit pieces rehydrate nicely, so it's more like a real fruit drink than a plain tea.

The dried strawberry and kiwi pieces give it a nice tang, and it really does brew up that bright ruby-red color in my glass teapot. I just wish the strawberry came through a bit stronger, since the kiwi tends to dominate once it's steeped. Still, it's become my go-to afternoon cup.
