The hibiscus really comes through on the first steep—tart but rounded out by that sweet pomegranate, exactly what I hoped for in a tea that feels fancy without trying too hard. Each sachet brews a deep, clear red that looks as good as it tastes. I’ve already gone through half the tin in a week.
