The bergamot comes through bright and lemony without overpowering the delicate white tea base, and it steeps a beautifully pale liquor. I've been reaching for it every afternoon since the bag arrived, and the sachets hold up well for a second infusion.
I opened one sachet expecting basic Earl Grey, but the white tea base with that natural lemony bergamot is so much smoother and softer than the usual black tea version. The 50-bag count means I can sip this all season without running out.
