The peppermint from Oregon really comes through without overpowering the gunpowder green tea, and each sachet stays fresh in its own wrapper. I've been brewing it strong, Arabian-style, and it's become my afternoon ritual.
Finally found a green tea that doesn’t get bitter by the third steep — the gunpowder leaves hold up nicely and the peppermint from Oregon comes through fresh, not minty-sweet. The individual sachets are perfect for my desk drawer at work. A box of 20 lasts me a good month of afternoon cups.
The individually wrapped sachets make it easy to grab one for the office without the leaves going stale, and the gunpowder base gives it a nice brisk kick that the peppermint doesn’t overpower. Only wish the box had a few more bags for the price.
